The quality and reliability of Bosch products is also reflected in the warranty policy. The three major warranty periods are:

  • All Professional Series & Blue Line Detectors  – 5 year warranty
  • All Batteries  – 1 year warranty
  • All other Intrusion products  – 3 year warranty

In the rare case that a product fails, Bosch offer first class After-Sales Service to their customers, to keep their businesses running and help reduce their customers’ spare parts inventory. This includes:

  • Exchange devices reaching customers within two business days
  • Repairs completed within five business days

Bosch offers customers a flat rate price for many product repairs, and every repaired device undergoes obligatory quality and safety checks. There is also a 90-day guarantee on all repairs, whether they are conducted within the warranty period or after the warranty has expired.
