CCTV System at the new PCC BakkiSilicon Silicon Factory in Iceland

Project Description

The aim of the project was to source & install an integrated Security System in one of the most advanced and environmentally friendly silicon production facilities in the world. Overall, the tasks are the design and integration of a modern Fire Detection System, Smoke Suction System, Firefighting Activation System, Early Fire Detection System through special cameras, Closed Circuit Television System and Access Control System.

The modern Closed Circuit Television System includes:

• 11 x Dinion IP 6000 Series Network Cameras in BOSCH UHO Outdoor Enclosures
• 7 x BOSCH High Resolution Network Indoor Cameras with Infrared Lighting of the Infrared IP Dome 5M Series
• 8 x BOSCH AVIOTEC Cameras with Early Smoke Detection Function
• 6 x BOSCH Dinion IP 6000 series Network Cameras in special NXW0K1025 enclosures with Water Cooling and Air Instrument by VIDEOTEC
• 14 x SIQURA BC820v2-H3 Network Cameras with ZOOM capabilities in special NXW0K1025 enclosures with Water Cooling and Air Instrument by VIDEOTEC
• 8 x SIQURA BC820v2-H3 Network Cameras with ZOOM capabilities in special NXM1K00B enclosures with Water Cooling and Air Instrument by VIDEOTEC
• 1 x BOSCH “All-in-one” Recording System – Server, DIVAR IP-7000 8x3T
• 1 x BOSCH Video Management System (BVMS) with 128 channels license
• 1 x High Performance BOSCH Server
• 6 x High Performance BOSCH PC Clients
• 8 x High Performance BOSCH 32″ LED Screens

All integration & programming tasks of BOSCH Systems are performed by our Company.
